Ivy Emerald welcomes orders from Australia and overseas and we are very happy to supply our beautiful Christening Gowns, Rompers and accessories to you on the following terms and conditions:

Payment
Payment can be made via our secure online shopping system or by telephone using eftpos - Visa, Mastercard. Alternatively, payment can be made direct into our bank account. Email us for details.
Deposit – Christening Gowns
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when placing a Christening gown order.
Christening Gowns
Our collection of Christening Gowns and Rompers are stock standard and we are unable to offer any alteration to our designs. Production of Christening Gowns and Rompers normally takes between 2 - 3 weeks but we can accommodate a shorter time frame. Ivy Emerald will contact you once your order is received to confirm order details e.g sizing, colour, etc. and request a deposit (a 50% non-refundable deposit). Balance is due and payable prior to collection or despatch.
Payment of deposit and final balance can be made via eftpos or bank deposit. Please contact us for bank account details.
Delivery
Delivery time and costs for all items are dependent on delivery location, and will be confirmed with customer. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout or advised on enquiry. All orders are to be paid for in full (including shipping cost), by customer before collection or despatch. On full payment, goods will be despatched immediately. If there is going to be a delay for any reason, you will be contacted by email. Items will be delivered within Australia by courier or by Australia Post platinum post.
For international enquiries, please contact us via email for shipping details to your country. Please note that some countries have taxes on parcels and these costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Gift Wrapping
Send the perfect gift from Ivy Emerald and let us do all the work for you. Simply choose your gift and provide us with the message you would like written on a card and we will send your package directly to the recipient beautifully presented. Gift vouchers are available and will be delivered free of charge.
Returns / Refunds Policy
We take special pride to ensure that all items are beautifully presented and in perfect order. All returns, credits, exchanges or refunds are at the discretion of Ivy Emerald. Please contact us immediately to discuss any concern that you may have with our products. Items must be returned within 48 hours of customer receiving our item. After this time, we are unable to provide refund, credit or exchange.
Returns: Goods must be in their original form with labels and packaging intact. Please also include a copy of your invoice/receipt as proof of purchase.
We do not offer refunds when the product has been damaged through alteration or misuse.
Overseas
We welcome overseas enquiries and are very happy to ship our Christening Gowns and accessories to anywhere in the world via Australia Post airmail services. Please contact us via email or telephone for shipping details to your country before completing checkout.
Please note that some countries have taxes on parcels and these costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
